Pe- tenancy and End of Tenacy Cleaning

We offer a reliable and prompt pre- and end of tenancy cleaning service for landlords, agents and tenants. We carry out light and full professional cleans. They are priced according to the number of rooms and the  level of cleaning  needed. We can accommodate emergency cleans where possible but generally we need  24-hours notice.

Kitchen:

Clean interior/ exterior and along the tops of all kitchen cupboards.Clean interior/exterior of all kitchen appliances Defrost and clean interior/exterior fridge/freezer. Clean counters . Clean tiles and floors. De-scale appliances and sink.Clean doors/frames. Clean windows and frames interior and exterior where accessible. Clean skirting boards and radiators and wall mounted fittings . Clean light fittings, sockets and switches.

Bathroom:

Clean and de-scale bathroom suite and tiles. Clean wall mounted fittings and all counters; Clean doors and frames. Clean windows and frames interior and exterior where accessible. Clean skirting boards. floor and radiators. Clean light fittings, socket and switches

Bedroom, Reception and Other Living Areas:

Clean doors and frames. Clean light fittings, sockets and switches, Clean wall mounted fittings such as shelves and wardrobes/cupboards. Clean windows interior and exterior where accessible. Clean radiators and skirting boards. Clean hard floors and carpets. Clean fireplaces

Content, Furnishings and fabrics:

Dust and polish woodwork and clean all content.  We can wash and or dry clean fabrics, soft covering /curtains/window dressings at an additional cost .

Hallways and Stairs :

Clean doors and frames. Clean light fittings, socket and switches. Clean wall mounted fittings and cupboards and stair woodwork. Clean window interior and exterior where accessible. Clean radiators and skirting boards Clean hard floors and carpets

Please note: There is a requirement for minimum of 4 hours per cleaning visit and we  provide the cleaning materials.
